The Central Indiana Community Foundation's Library Fund Committee on Recruitment and Ivy Tech State College are investigating the need for a two-year Library Technical Assistant degree program in Indiana. Please help us by answering the questions in the survey above.
It is expected that the courses in such a program would be offered in a distance education mode, through online and two-way video courses, supplemented by a limited number of campus visits. The program would be designed to upgrade on-the-job skills and also to transfer to four-year programs in the state.
