I used ViewletBuilder2 to create this audio/visual demonstration. The ViewletBuilder2 is freeware that allows a user to take screenshots of any program on your computer. It also has built in sound recording features. Although I do not have any sophisticated sound recording devices, the software seemed to work great for freeware. On a few slides, (numbers 11-14 and 51-58) I recorded the sound clips outside the program and imported them in. You will be able to tell a difference in quality.
On each slide you will both see and hear the text that goes with it. With this software, you must at least write something on any slide you wish to record sound on. I opted to include all text that is also in the audio clips to make sure anyone viewing the presentation would be able to get the info with or without a sound card.
